중국, 신(新) 인터넷보안법 법제화로 인터넷 검열, 차단 합법화
새로운 사이버보안법이 제정됨에 따라, 중국 정부는 합법적으로 인터넷을 검열할 수 있고, 직권으로 네트워크를 차단할 수 있으며, 인터넷 실명제를 의무적으로 시행할 것이다.
