권력보다는 국민의 행복을 염원한 왕으로서, 지금도 널리 사랑받고 있는 부탄의 제 4대 국왕 지그메 싱계 왕축. 그의 60번째 생일을 맞아 많은 축하의 메세지가 전해지다.
