인도: 핸드폰을 쓰지 못하게 된 여성들
인도 비하르주의 마을 의회에서 핸드폰이 '사회 분위기를 흐린다'는 이유로 여성들이 핸드폰을 사용하지 못하게 하는 금지령을 내렸다. 이와 비슷한 금지령은 인도 곳곳에서 나타나고 있다.
